I have a 2014 Jetta Comfortline. How am I supposed to add CC to my car? Shall I just change the stalks and code it using VCDS considering my current clock spring already supports steering mounted controls? Or is something else needed in addition to all of this? Thanks. Loved your video!

Hey, check the link in my description, correspond it to your clock spring’s part number, your clock springs should support mfsw and ccs both together, only then should you change the stalk. Rest the process will be same as I showed in this video

It won’t work unless you update the clock spring, clock spring allows the car to have extra inputs

You’ll need a new BCM and a wiring harness which goes to the ECU and BCM

Will fix it with forged cf or add leather wrap over it as well when I get the wheel re done

Try to source interior carbon fibre trims or dip the trims... one of friend did it looks good 👍🏻 Can't wait for Quattro now

Only in automatic variants of Polo can you activate cornering lamps with steering, otherwise they’ll only work with indicators

Bcm is different from those variants, higher models get 87 BCM while the lower models with no fog lamps get 84 BCM

Hello, make sure you have the correct clock spring, I faced this issue once while installing and it turned out that the CCS Butron on stalk had some gunk under it, after a couple of hard pushes gunk cleared up and it started working. If this doesn’t work, open adv meas values in VCDS and look for the ccs buttons which are set, Res, cancel/off switch and check if the BCM is taking inputs there.

@@PrerakKataria Thankyou so much for the reply! The cruise control is working, all the buttons are working, green cruise control light also shows upon the instrument cluster, the only thing is the speed that i have to set doesn't show up on the MFD

Its no way DIY. wat VCDS you use and where to get one.

Doesn't the these skodas old gen four spoke steering looks like cheap copy of audis four spoke steering wheel I know vag but 15/30 lakhs vs 40/60lakhs you don't want that But now as a retrofitter not a bad idea to not to think about it
