Thank you for confirming my prayers. I was diagnosed with breast cancer on April 21, 2023. I have an 11cm tumor oncologists plan for me is 6 months chemo, mastectomy & radiation. But after lots of prayer and lots of research & listening to your moms cancer testimony & Dodie Osteen testimony I have decided to go all natural homeopathic treatment & in Jesus name I will also be a testimony of God's healing power.

Dr Axe This state of hopelessness, despair and depression you are speaking of happened to me 2.5 years ago (3 years on sept 11). When I was at CrossFit and my artery exploded and my heart had a SCAD (spontaneous coronary artery disssection). It rocked me. Ruined me for a year. I had to come to the same decision. This fear isn’t serving me. Healing is my goal now, even though little guidance. Praying your feeling 100% again and your life has a new purpose.

I've been watching you for a long time on KZread and TBN, along with Jordan. You both inspire me. I'm so glad and grateful 🙏 you are better. My joys and passions are my fur babies, animal rescue, cooking and now baking. I spent 30 years as a cake decorator in a very well known grocery chain in Florida and people would always say I bet you love to go home and bake lol I said no, I don't bake anything. Well, since I retired 2 years ago I've been baking all kinds of breads and rolls and pita bread. My newest bake is sourdough bread with my own starter I made. And, while sourdough is the most challenging it is my absolute 💯 favorite! As a decorator my favorite was wedding cakes 🎂 seems I like to be challenged. Great podcast Josh and I will be watching for more. God's Blessings to you 🙏

I suffered with pain for two years and could hardly walk. I had been told by my back doctor that my hips had no cartilage. Went to a neurologist who told me I would have to live with the pain. She only asked me questions and did not take any x rays. After we left her office, I told my husband I do not have to live with this pain and he agreed. One of my friends suggested I see a back doctor her sister had used. I made the appointment and he took x rays and the first thing out of his mouth was, "You need to have your hips replaced and 65% of your pain will be gone. So I had one hip replaced in May of 2020 and the other hip in August of 2020. After my operations, I wanted to run but was told that was a no no. I am doing great so Dr. Axe is totally right.

I had not been receiving your videos regularly for some reason … I have been suffering with some major health issues and I have been interested in learning more about using your mind to heal the body which is what I usually focus on these days. Perhaps that is why your video showed up in my feed once again! ~ I have such new found respect & admiration for you! I’m looking forward to reading your book when it comes out in April! :) I’m glad to hear you’re doing well and you’re able to enjoy your family once again. Take care and thank you so much for sharing your story and for continuing to help others. xoxo 🌸

I know exactly what you went through. I actually had a vertebra osteomyelitis. 6 months non-mobile, 2 surgeries, and alot of metal im active. I completely agree with what you say. I had to tell myself I was going to workout again and walk. Congrats on your recovery. You have helped me with your videos and passion.

Thank you for sharing, I needed to hear this at this very moment. I had covid in November and somehow now in August fighting the effects of high bp because of covid. There is no medical explanation for the high bp. Fear has entered my life. I never understood what people with anxiety went through, I now know. Trying to fix my microbiome to heal my emotions….getting there. Fear can freeze you in time. Hope and belief in a creator who cares for us and takes the bad things that happen in life to better us as humans. So glad you are back….a little pun there.

Thanks for this. I’ve been using food as medicine for years since I was diagnosed w M.S. I really appreciate the mindset. It’s important.

Dr Axe, I’ve followed you for maybe 5 years now. So glad you are on the road to perfect health again. This was particularly fascinating to me having pretty much listened to Dr Joe Dispenza saying the same thing following his own healing miracle. Can’t wait to hear more and for me a more in depth “how to find your purpose” would be invaluable.
