Second time I watched this video. I tried to start a company several years ago and it didn't work out but here we go again! I closed my trucking company and am going to start a different company as an LLC as soon as I can sell my tractor. Your videos are a great help and I hope to maybe do business with you soon! I just filed for an LLC through ZenBusiness. Overall very solid and would highly recommend because there’s way too much to think about in things like registered agents and operating agreements. Pro tip if you call them you can speak to a “formation specialist” and walk through the application together so you can ask questions as you click through.

A child can't be employed or own real property. Or sign the necessary documents. Won't work. Create a living trust for the child and add the trust as LLC member.

In theory, you could have a meeting everyday, if you wanted. Or, weekly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually. Just keep Meeting Minutes, so that if a taxing authority decides to audit, you'll have the ability to show that a meeting actually took place.

Aiden, so who are the two people in the meeting identified as? Owner and Co-Owner? Owner and Employee? Please advise.
