Your story is known by now, but the way you and Austin interact is fun and entertaining, while of course still being highly instructive and relevant. I am thinking that young men aren’t mentored and taught how to transition to adulthood. Our education system isn’t working and parents aren’t teaching enough either. I glad these men are getting right with themselves and finding their way. My father was a 30 year old Aeronautical Engineer when he enlisted in the Navy during WW2. He did his part, and was a serious man and put that war behind him. You men are professional warriors and most of the WW2 veterans weren’t and just wanted to get back to peace and the life they left behind. It seems most adjusted to civilian life better than many of today’s veterans. Sorry to ramble on. Just thinking about many of today’s veterans.

I'm curious about the steroids community in the special forces. What happens when you go overseas? Do you lose all of your steroids?

When there's alpha men around, fights sometimes happen. Probably something you wouldn't know anything about. I'm sure Taylor did not mean to do anything that resulted in great bodily harm. Just a stupid decision while drunk.

@indyinsc neither of them have ever been behind bars. My husband is an Army veteran. He told me fistfights were commonplace when he was in. Young guys, under a lot of stress, alpha males, etc. Stuff is bound to happen sometimes. Things in the military have changed since, I've heard. Things are softer now. Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing, I don't know.

Not being a SEAL myself but in most cases in any US military branch you cannot have hand or neck tattoos. Taylor didn't have either while he was in the Teams.

You got to learn to allow the interviewee to talk without having to fight to talk. You can't talk over the guest or your interviews will be terrible. We are here for TCs story not to hear you constantly over talking him. I'm not being mean, take this for what it's worth.

Not at all. Listen to a few of his interviews, he's actually a very intelligent guy. You can't be a SEAL if you're a dolt. Most of the SF guys are at least above average intelligence.
