We bought a Samsung drier 10 years ago, it stopped heating up after 2 uses. We called their customer support, they were awful, kept telling us to call a repair company which had closed down and no longer existed, didn't believe me when I told them this over and over. We eventually took it back to the store and they kindly replaced it with a different drier. We've never bought anything made by Samsung since and never will.

I do not understand why Samsung has not fixed the reliability issues on these machines. I had one and loved it until I hit the one year mark and the warranty expired. Shortly after it stops in the middle of a load with an error code for some sensor. It would not finish the load that was now all soapy water. Samsung refused to do anything since it was just outside of warranty. Keep in mind I’m a single guy - I don’t do THAT much laundry like a family would. I set it out at the curb with a note explaining what was wrong and went and bought a basic GE washer with actual knobs you turn and none of the fancy stuff. Been working without fail for 3 years now.

Also, The dryer doesn't dry my clothes. After I bought it, they refused to let me replace them. So, it wasn't until I filed a complaint to the company that Samsung finally responded. They came out over and over again. The end results is that I'm still having to cope with a poorly working Samsung washer and dryer. I will end up throwing them out and replacing them. Yeah had my tv with Samsung for 9 years although it does have a small fault it likes to turn itself on and off but it’s only in the bedroom so nothing I can’t cope with it’s done me well 🙂 didn’t like the Samsung galaxy phones prefer I phone. And their washing machine I don’t ? My friend across the street from me had a Samsung eco bubble add wash front loader for about 18 months until one day it’s tore all the inside apart no reason why wasn’t even a full load smoke everywhere to so I am pretty unsure of that Brand lol 🤷🏻‍♂️ A lot of people slag “LG” on here but I am on my 2nd lg washing machine and it’s great and my old living room tv dvd player and microwave and washing machine were all lg and they lasted years and had my lg turbowash direct drive 2 years no problem bar balancing sometimes but everyone I know with every different brand I can think of has this problem so it’s fine I just fill it up full loads and it’s all good. Maybe just luck…

Samsung TVs and cell phones are not good. LG needs to start making phones again. My rabbit sat on my cellphone and destroyed it. I am out $1800 because it's a shit piece of plastic. My dad's Samsung TV has led death and gets as hot as Hades. My lg phone fell off of the roof of my car and bounced several times and the screen only got a little bit cracked. My husband's 10yr old LG TV still looks amazing and no led death.
