    What if neither had an attorney? How do I prove that 7 days rule?

    The agreement should state the date that the last final agreement was presented so that it can be cross checked with the date the parties signed the agreement. If not, hopefully there is a paper trail of emails that will show when the final agreement was presented and confirmed to be final by both parties.
