Very very informative. Thanks heaps. I was considering either getting Golden visa via real estate investment 2M or via extending my current company in UAE. After getting to know these uncertainties, it is safe most likely to go via real estate way and ten then once settled and getting familiar with the system with KNOWN unknowns, then setup the business.

You can setup the license in a different emirates, but if we put as an example Dubai, the license to get should be "Seeds Trading" if what you are trying is to trade with the seeds. Dude be very careful.... Most consultancy in uae are scams... They will take your money and not pick up your calls.... Same goes for many freezones especially SPC... Be very careful before signing anything In UAE
