سختی کرنا بعض اوقات انسان کی مجبوری بن جاتی ہے.کیونکہ نوکر یا ماتحت بھی نرمی کا خوب ناجاۂز فائدہ اٹھاتے ہیں. باقی تھو ڑا سا وقت نکال کر بندےکواپنا محا سبہ بھی ضرور کرنا چاہیے کیونکہ اسکا فائدہ یہ ہوتا ہے کہ پھر کسی پر تنقید کی نو بت نہیں آتی.
