its really crazy how much the car World changed. 20 years ago nobody would have thought that fwd hatch backs do faster track times than full blown sports cars from Ferrari and Porsche.. also nobody would have thought that sedans or wagons could do the numbers they are doing right now. Im really excited for what is to come in the next years!

Crazy right? He nearly wins in round 2 because of an AMAZING launch but the car short shifted from 3rd to 4th so instead of doing launch control again & once rolling manually shifting the car himself, he decides to brake boost & got his butt kicked. 😂😂 Makes no sense

That GTR is really showing its age now... The launch control, especially in the wet, was always its party piece. The M5 makes it look like Maxima by comparison.

BMW has underrated the hp figures of the M5 CS as 635 but in real world dyno tests it shows 700+hp on crank and 630-650whp.

Yup the GTR is still an insanely fast car for anyone who lives in the real world, but like 10-12 years ago it would spank anything and everything and that's just not the case anymore. Others have caught up and the GTR just can't compete anymore on the very highest level. Shame really, sure a Lambo being faster than a Nissan is just kind of the natural state of the world but the GTR name really deserved a successor before it started losing to big ass business sedans :/

The BMW CS is almost $500,000 here in Australia. I'd still pick it over the others, but the Beema isn't cheap.

I've watched enough of these that when I needed to buy a car recently, I loaded up carwow by default. Too bad I'm in the US!

What are the tyres (on the lambo, for example). In my experience, Michelin Supersport and the like are not good at all in the (cold)rain. And noticeably frightening when braking very hard. That could explain (who knows) the huge braking distance of the lambo.

Impressive that after such a long period of 13 years the GTR is still relevant for comparision to the latest super sports cars..... Like all three cars but especially prefer the GTR personally and being very proud to own one of those masterpieces;)
