I think Korey's wrong about Thanos' character. I think Infinity War was Thanos' story so we kind of saw it from his perspective, thus he seemed less villainous. In Endgame, the story is the Avenger's story, therefore he seems more villainous, but either way he's still consistent, it's just a slight shift.

Thanos gave an entire monologue of why he wanted to wipe out the universe which made total sense. Him and other reviewers just heard "wipe out the universe" and immediately thought he was one-dimensional. It's dumb and irritating.

Yeah, the shift made sense. He saw what happened to him with his original plan, so it was only natural that he change his goals as a result. It would have been weird for him to keep the same goal when he already saw the result.

I don't know. Comparing The MCU to the Nolan Batman Trilogy is like comparing Goodfellas to The Godfather. Same subject, very different movies

I believe that this is my generations version of the Original Star Wars trilogy. It Might just be me but I had an AMAZING theater experience. I was with a bunch of my friends who are also hard core fans in a packed theater on the Friday night it came out. The feeling I got in that theater is like nothing else I've ever felt before and I can say with confidence that it is one of the top 5 moments of my life but hey, I am young. I truly hope I will remember this for the rest of my life. Nuff said.

true...2012 avengers was cool at the time for what it was trying as was ultron kinda to a lesser extent back when we liked whedon but neither film aged well like his career/persona...cough ask dc.....hulk iron man 2 and 3 plus thor and thor 2 all sucked prior so...iron man 1 was up and down..i like 70% of that film but man its cringe at times...captain america 1 was ok in the 1st half but clearly missing the russo's edge and that 2nd half is a bore fest..they saved this franchise with winter soldier and then guardians by james gunn brought marvel to a new level for me...infinity war did its thing as did dr. strange guardians 2 getting the rights to spiderman and then endgame..disney got lucky man post 2011...

I had my phone away from me while this video is playing. Not watching just listening, then coming back to watch and make this comment. The main guy with the red shirt, his talking rhythm, accent and articulation, listen to it. He sounds like eddie Murphy. Talk fast. Talk fast. Hit words with dramatics ups and downs in his tone. 3 Acts: The Leftovers x Rewritten Cinematic Time Travel Rules x "Epic End Fight with fan service moments.

There's no stingers in the credits so don't bother sitting through them.

Captain Marvel is a air force pilot and remains calm in tense situations. She’s also super confident and an embodiment of determination. Brie Larson does a damn fine job in the role, and isn’t any less of a create character because she isn’t as zany as many of the other characters. She adds a new spice to the mix.

Spoilers Remember the scientist said a weak man knows the meaning of power and the importance of power in the first avenger? I feel he is humble so he could pick up the hammer making him worthy because the power showing off the power is not important there are things more important than me showing I am worthy but he lifted in a time of desperation as well as when it was needed. When cap fights himself he knows his own weaknesses he mentions Bucky and stops himself in his tracks. When he sees Peggy he longs for here making him feel and I think that’s where he makes his mind up on yea I’m going to stay. I like they gave the mantle to falcon the on your left comes back.

12:47 - And little did Korey realize was that HE was one of those people that came up with theories that ended up being wrong. Much like I expected them to be. Well, not so much expected them to be but I had a good feeling that his theories would be wrong.

I kinda feel like it was a bit too long, but what could you possibly cut out? Maybe the weird Hawkeye storyline that goes nowhere and is never mentioned again?

I usually agree with Martin in these reviews but I already know that endgame is not going to be better than dark knight in terms of storytelling. In terms of building a universe, and tying tons of plotlines together, obviously endgame will be better. I think it's just a matter of personal preference; they can't really be compared, as Martin said. At this point in time I'll still take good practical effects over good special effects.

When are you guys gonna have the full version of the opening to these vids? I want to see more of the RUNNER, Tascoula Martin and the Object of Power as well as Working Satire. Speaking of which, what happened ot those animated movie reviews you did; with the animated versions of yourselves?

5 years old!!! My #1 movie of 2019 the culmination of 22 movies worth of story directors Joe and Anthony Russo do whatever it takes like the characters say to wrap up this series of movies, a lot of these actors' contracts are over after this chapter, and it sets up more future stories for new players in the Marvel Cinematic Universe 'Endgame' is the part 2 of the aftermath of 'Infinity War'; Thanos succeeded in his task to wipe out half of all life in the universe by collecting all the Infinity Stones thereby having our heroes lose for a change, now they're reeling from their defeat, licking their wounds, and learning to deal with the PTSD of it all without giving too much away our heroes attempt to reverse the work done by the Mad Titan by working together but all too aware of the consequences involved, they understand they will only have 1 chance to fix everything if it can be done since the Infinity Stones are too powerful for 1 being if there is 1 outcome they can come out on top then they will have to be ready to do whatever it takes there's a lot of work to get through the 3 hour run time but trust me when I say it's worth building up to a grand final showdown between our heroes and the terrifying power of Thanos not to mention so many callbacks to the many of the previous entries that fans will smile at the filmmakers actually do a brilliant job keeping a lot of this movies plot turns very secretive because so much stuff I wasn't expecting the Russo Brothers are breaking away from tradition and not messing around anymore as they show everyone learning how to deal with failure, tragedy, loss, getting new second chances, putting back together things that are broken, making unexpected breakthroughs, being about how much we have left, not how much we've lost, and letting things happen as they should no matter how much we're told to move on or start over but the movie is the darkest and most somber of the MCU films put together given everything we've seen thus far as I said though there's so many cheer worthy moments by the time the climax occurs which will bring smiles and tears at the same time everything began with 'Iron Man' in 2008 but how does it all end exactly? it'll definitely feel like a proper conclusion with this phase of movies yet I am sad many of these players are done after this entry still, it'll continue to make more exciting future stories for many other superheroes this is an emotional but triumphant closing chapter for fans and critics whom have been with each of these films since the very beginning thank you so much Joe and Anthony Russo and Marvel Studios for an incredible generation of comic book films that have now forever changed the landscape of cinema

I'm with Korey on this movie. I really enjoyed it, but there were a bunch of little elements that hit some of my pedantic nerves - Infinity War was a Better than Sex movie for me; Endgame was a Full Price. Very glad to have seen it on the big screen, but though I genuinely enjoyed the film, got into the action and was pleasantly surprised by the twists in the plot, I wasn't as moved by the story as I expected to be for the finale of a great, long run of superhero movies. But I also agree with Martin and Korey that if the MCU actually ended with Endgame...I'd actually be satisfied with this movie as being the bookend to this cinematic universe.

I think infinity war is better but the movie is good though

Best film of 2019 and my 2nd favorite next to Infinity War! They made so many callbacks to previous movies and the finale was worth the 3 hours. Sad departure for many of these actors. I'll miss them A few small issues I had but it was worth the 1 year wait

I liked Korey in the Princess Leia outfit better. He should have gone as Black Widow or Pepper Poppins.

I'm gonna see it 3 times this weekend one in Imax, taking my younger bro ,both on Thursday then going Friday with my cousins and niece and nephew.

The only review that matters! Bring on that toasty goodness....all over my body!

Have to watch it high before I decide if it's better than Infinity War. Sober I'd give it a 9. It's better than Infinity War.

I havent seen it yet... but they could top it with the Onslaught storyline.. if they build it right.. ( I just want to see onslaught on the big screen) since Disney has Xmen now
