Cyberconnect2 would make a really good Avatar The Last Airbender game. They could implement the quick time events from the Storm games and make it a semi-open world action RPG like Dragon Ball Z Kakarot.

Based on this gameplay, I can safely say this Aang avatar game is better than the 3 previous ones before it, with the first being potentially better. However, the Korra's avatar game is superior to this lmao. She got a game that really lets you be the avatar, master of all four elements and even has an unlockable avatar state.

the graphics looks more or less equal to the ps1 scooby doo game i played in my childhood. And i dropped it early and never even finished it

Saw this voted as "worst game of 2023". People pointed out the graphics but I was like "maybe they went for the animated version" but LOL. The gameplay was horrible. The "final boss" just goes around the map LOL. Now I know why. Avatar is a beloved franchise and they actually made it look bad.

I think the problem was that the game adapted all the books, there should have been a game for each book. I don't think Avatar suits an open world, I think Avatar suits a hack'n slash with a semi-open world at most, it's very difficult to make an open world game with good combat because the open world takes a lot of time and money to produce, and Avatar is a game essentially focused on martial arts.
