70 years old! Lang is more fit, flexible, and has more core stability than most people half his age. Incredible. Even more incredible that he was that jacked for Avatar in 2009 when he was in his late 50s.

This guy is an underrated legend. Both an absolute unit and down to earth. He plays such an intimidating character, but he's so humble and kind. Can't wait to see how Quaritch changes in the sequels ... I believe he will ultimately use his new powers for good and end up redeeming himself. 💙

I think we saw a lot more of that in Way of Water, it's why Spider would choose to rescue him.

As a 35 year old gym trainer, seeing Stephen looking that good at 70 really is an inspiration.

Quartich is an absolute badass and he really conveys the character so well. It reminds me of small soldiers commando elite.

Calisthenics is very good for older people as it helps keep your whole fit, compared to weights which if you stop for any long period of time you will outright lose the muscles.

Anyone else get the vibe that Mr. Lang comes accross as your everyday man? You can just about imagine having him and his family over for dinner and not have to worry about impressing them or not, lol. This guy is so wonderfully grounded and comes accross as totaly affable, while very sure and focused in his day to day life. Awesome!

This is a great example of coming to terms with growing old and still being in shape. He was really buff back in the day and a lot of men wouldn't accept their natural decline. This guy didnt give up he just changed his regime. We can all hope to be in this kind of shape by the time were in our 70s

Protect this man at all costs. Loved his character in Avatar. Kernel Quaritch was my favorite character from Avatar. I hope his character ends up redeeming himself in the third or fifth movie. He & Sully will end up brothers in arms, I know it.

After watching some of the roles he's played, I didn't know he was chill like that.

This guy deserves a lot more Hollywood rolls. He is such a good actor. Plus, he looks good for his age. Better shape than me.

Total G. His performance as Miles Quaritch in Avatar 2 was incredible.

A true actor... the fact that many characters he's played are ranging from menacing to, tough... he seems like theee must humble and nice guy. He's one of my favs!

His acting is literally at genius level!! He's never won an Oscar but I think he shoulda been awarded 2 Oscars for Ike Clanton in Tombstone!!

Band of the Hand was the first film I saw Stephen Lang in, been a fan ever since. He is a remarkable presence in every film he does.

Don't Breath 1 & 2 were just awsome!!

I gotta say, im 19 years old and I absolutely look up to this man. He’s such a gentleman and a phenomenal actor. The physicality he brings to his roles along with his characters attitude demands respect in an intimidating way and he’s such a presence even when he’s not on screen and it’s awesome! Love the Don’t Breathe films and the Avatar films as well and he’s such a beast in those roles.

It's crazy how much he's changed since I met him in Bahrain in 2015. He came and gave deployed troops a presentation. Pretty cool.

70 years old, he doesn't look it and he doesn't move like it, it's amazing how the QoL is now as we age vs what it was, 100 years ago or so - we are living longer, aging I dare say better, and I don't think we've really even scratched the surface of what is possible.

70!!! I would never pick it. His funny and also dresses like a gentleman.

His part in Gods & Generals was epic. What a great actor. Was amazed to see him so big in Avatar and still looking young.

He was the best thing in Avatar and should've been nominated for an Oscar. The Way of Water is amazing too by the way.

Along with Arnold's, this is easily the best episode of all time. Lang is a legend.

Great to see a real man on this. We can learn alot from men who have lived a tad longer then us. Its not big size and testosteron.

That just shows how good of an actor this guy is. He can make you believe hes that polar opposite compared to how he really is. His bad guy and ani-hero roles are amazing.

So he spoiler “became” an avatar after the events of the first one ? Are there “bad” avatars or outcasts that took his body to the tree ?

I was so happy for him when it was announced that he would be returning to work on Avatar, and it's inspiring that he was able to maintain excellent physical condition after 13 years. I hope his Quaritch persona survives to the end of the series and that he continues to lead a successful career. Such an amazing human being.

This man is an incredible actor, his villainous roles such as Ike and Colonel Quaritch are characters you love to hate

This MAN is incredibly intelligent and determined.

Flexibility is the most important component of physical fitness and the most overlooked. Most back injuries are caused by being too tight not because of weakness. People mainly work out because of cosmetic reasons not for their health that’s why they don’t spend time stretching.

Lang definitely embodies the definition of 'Cool Old Guy'.
