I had same problem ahah, with my fn2, I ended up using a reg for a ep3 non ac for my fn2

Check out the rear axles and cross beam for rust, the K20 engines are really reliable! Should should be alright 👍🏻
What did you torque the tensioner pulley to at the end?

You put the pad wrong way mate, the outside pad with the tab should be on the inside
