Good video. Nice to see all the pieces it comes with. You really should fuse the red power cable as close the battery as possible. If there was a short anywhere along that red wire it would short across the battery. Also- If you needed extra power say a 30 amp circuit, you could use one of the lower amp outputs to drive that relay. The panel makes it easy to wire up more things without running a wire to the panel each time. Nothing wrong w using a relay for the new loads if they are rated higher than the outputs on the panel. I like how you mounted it.

Before you drill into your dash, look up phone holders and use that as a mounting solution.

Looks good, as you said, not crazy about he appearance of the bracket you had to make, radius the corners and it will dress it up some but the screws showing is what, I think, makes it look "added on". On another note, I would think the breaker should be as close to the battery as possible, that way everything "down stream" of it, ie. the long power cable going to the AuxBeam box, would be protected should it somehow ground out on something. Pretty sure the short power cable that came with it is designed to mount the breaker close to the battery for this purpose?.......

That may be true. But unfortunately, there was no way I could mount it closer to the battery

“L” brackets inside the cubby So you could mount a piece of wood or plastic over the hole Then mount switch panel to that Hope that makes sense and helps out

The only thing you didn't talk about it, what is important. The LED bars has their own power and relay and wires for the switch.. I was looking to it to see how to re wire those lights to this panel...

I'm confused by your comment. Any of my LED lights aren't using relays anymore. They are just using the switch panel.

These things are garbage. Getting ready to return my second one. Got it installed and lit up blue, confirmed voltage to each fuse on the panel, but when a button is clicked it just flashes a red indicator light and doesn’t turn anything on. Wouldn’t even turn on led pods hooked up to the 30A.

Why not just open the little button controller and then drill a couple holes directly in the back of the button box and THEN attach it to your dash since you actually don’t need a bracket at all. You sure did go through a lot of trouble and now you have holes in your dash and people can see the horrible why it’s mounted, I literally cringed when I saw the exposed bracket and screws in perfect condition dash panels. I can’t believe you wouldn’t have thought to just pop the box open and drill two holes but we’ve a!l had our moments and we all are going to have plenty plenty more… yours is just on KZread. 😂🤣😂
