Autopole - The best stand for film and photo?

A quick look at the Autopole (sometimes known as Varipole), one of my favorite tools for corporate or any indoor shoot really.
Have you ever used one or anything similar? What are your experiences with it? Let me know in the comments, I'm curious as to what else is possible with these.

    Hi can you provide a link to where you're seeing these different sizes online? I'm only finding the one standard size of 6.8-12.1' for the Autopole 2 and nothing else.

    Most larger professional photo stores carry them and I got mine from a large music store actually.
