After I finished editing this video, I REALIZED I REACTED TO LGIO'S LATEST SATISFACTORY VIDEO. If it bugs you that I reacted out of order, sorry about that. What video should I react to next? Satisfactory in order? Hydroneer? Graystillplays? Let me know! By the way, my next video might not be a reaction video. I haven't decided if I will release it in addition to a reaction next weekend or if I'll do it as unscheduled video. I don't want to burn myself out (I have a job, too), but I'm pretty stoked to be making all these new videos right now! Thanks for watching!

Thats what I was thinking too. On their steam page the first screenshot is Josh's conveyort belt tornado. They also use his save files too, so when they work on the lag or fps they just load his safe file to see if it can run smoother if it does they know they succeeded with making the game better.

Satisfactory is right up your alley after your description of your work. It is an open world 3d automation game and you can play as you like it the inefficient way or the efficient way however there is a trade off in the fact an efficient setup can take time but it will help you out. And yes it does have Progression you start out with only basic stuff then you can unlock new stuff using what you can currently make which then unlocks new stuff that in turn can be used to unlock even more

There isn’t any tower defense, that’s Factorio. Satisfactory has some aliens, but they’re not nearly as threatening. They’re not capable of breaking your stuff. You have some weapons to kill them with, but the main focus of the game is just making an efficient factory. If you want an example of good Satisfactory gameplay, I’d recommend watching Imkibitz. He’s pretty much the Satisfactory KZreadr.

The only problem with Kibitz is that he uses mods to make his videos more entertaining. For example, he overclocks EVERYTHING, which is only possible by using a mod to create Power Shards (there aren't enough slugs in the game to do what he does in his videos). I believe he's stated once or twice he's using the Pak Utility Mod. I don't have a problem with this, his builds are interesting, he shows his calculations, and he's fun to listen to. But he's far more entertainment than tutorial.

Just listening you talk about what you want in a game, I’m just nodding to myself saying that’s exactly what satisfactory is. It’s open-world, there is lots of tiered progression, and while the game doesn’t necessarily “require” that you automate much of anything it nudges you into automating one thing or another to make your life easier. You might want to automate one tiny thing in order to make a train system across the map only to decide that if your already making it why not just make one big dedicated factory, a while later you finish up automating what ever it was and all the sub-lines required in making the stuff to make the item, in this case steel and then a while later using your steel to make something completely different. It truly is a great game.

As others have said, satisfactory is semi open world with a linear upgrade thing. I greatly reccomend factorio, the ultimate factory game. A lot of players have hundreds or thousands of hours in it, there's research, and you can build a factory that spans galaxies with mods(the world is infinite in the base game, but space exploration makes individual planets finite but adds a load of new planets Dyson sphere program too. Base game has you build a factory and research on scaled down planets in a galaxy, making interstellar trade routes Factorio is also one of the most well optimized games ever

Satisfactory: quick guide. Conveyors - carry items from one place to another, usually from outputs of building to inputs of other buildings. - you can ride them, yes it is fun. Splitters: - splits an incoming conveyor's worth of materials into up to three belts, dividing equally. Merger: - merges up to three belts into 1 Constructor: - uses one material to create another type of material Assembler: - uses two materials to create one component. Manufacturer: - uses three to four materials to create on component

Satisfactory is a great game and yes you kind of have a progression system yes it is open world and yes you can process the nuclear waste (It's just pain to process it). The open world has reserve of resources so you have to manage how to get materials do your different factory's

You're starting to get a good amount of traction on youtube. Just remember to switch back to mostly content, that you make without other people's videos before people start labeling you as a reaction channel. Good luck! edit: unless of course that is not your goal with this channel. In which case, still good luck!

It feels strange to whish good luck upon people, as I will have no effect on whatever envents will happen, regardless of whether on not those events are positive, so really, "good luck" is just a simpler and less awkward way of saying "I mean the stuff, I just said in a positive way, and I will be content with whichever choices you make".

It sounds like Satisfactory would be a perfect game for you! Yes it's on an alien planet, you get dropped in a pod from orbit, and basically are set loose to start building new industry however you see fit. Progression is exactly how you expect: you start with a few buildings that can make more refined materials, that you use to unlock more advanced buildings in stages. And the movement is pretty great, there's a bunch of different equipment you unlock as you go, like exoskeleton that lets you run faster & jump higher, a jet pack, and eventually a electric hover pack. Not to mention vehicles & trains you can drive, and can be automated to move freight. The trains are probably my favorite part.

Answering questions Feel dree to ask more or correct me 2:00 yes and no 4:45 nope just splits 5:00 no conver belts stop automatically and dont let items fall off the belt. So sadly no u cannot dump ur problem into a pit 5:23 yes i think he has a jetpack upgrade that allowed him to double jump. Movement is really nice. If you crouch when landing you can skid across the ground 9:02 "is there a limit" 12:05 i think? Probably not idk what real water flow looks like cuz im stupid 17:00 alot of trial and error he has a ephisode for it

  • @WolfRose11

4:50 splitters just try and seperate things equally onto other belts, so if you have a belt inputing 30/min it will split items on to 3 belts at 10/min or if you have just 2 output belts at 15/min. Smart Splitters can put certain things on one belt and the rest on another if you have more than one type of thing on a belt.

Oh you should definitely watch his Hydroneer videos if you enjoyed this one, maybe a mega compilation of all of them in one go, best bits from each of them. From straight up robbery to an obscene amount of fish blown up and sold infinitely to flying lag carts of doom, he broke the game in a ton of hilarious ways even more so, I'd say, than he did here.
