A problem with this design, its shuffle doesnt work correctly, it will shuffle the songs randomly but some will get stuck in the hoppers. @@squido_ Glad you've fix it for you, note that the observer is checking for a change in state of the hopper not the content of the discs. Essentially observer is triggered then the redstone/locked state of the hopper is power/unpowered by the jukebox playing a song. In that sense when the jukebox is done playing a song it will no longer output a redstone signal and unpower the hopper therefor changing its state and triggering the observer onto the dispenser I wonder if what you've encountered is if the bottom hopper is full, there will be nowhere for the music disc in the jukebox to go which might cause some problems with the state of the top hopper? I've found that it really works best if that bottom hopper doesn't get clogged up, could help to limit how many discs are in the system
