the music is such a distraction to me as a beginner, I suggest it should be an instruction behind the tutorial

Find the tangent snap on circle circumference for end point of line.. During select tangent point type 'Tan' so you can find easily tangent option of circle..

@@rccdesignsiac4525 Make sure Your Tangent Object snap is ON... Go to Drafting Setting - DS Object Snap tab Select all Object snap .. Apply & Ok.. Use F3 to turn On & Off Object snap mode
