If you want the circle to make sense try making a steampunk pipeline through the mountain with the same dimensions. Also copper matches really good with acacia

You should put a smoker connected to the hopper which would make it automatically bake them

wattles, to fix the issue with the acacia wood looking bad, just replace it with copper. copper is a similar color, so it wont change the look of the circles too much...

What about build a kitchen underneath the potato farm in the cave area? This sounds a bit weird and out of theme, but you could make it like a witch's kitchen with a brewing setup and everything since the spider farm is down there too. The Dark Kitchen. Some suspicious stuff and stew is cooking down there ...

Glad I’m not the only one. Killing me… please, Wattles - Two chest, two hoppers and a furnace. Most useful.

Use a glass pane on the copy of the map to make sure it doesn’t update once you update the first one!

The treasure maps unused make a nice, rustic, aesthetic. Just needs to be locked so that one can be used without ruining the other.

Man, villager Auto-Farms might be hard to make, but they are so freaking good! They require literally nothing to run yet they produce a steady amount of food with no consequences whatsoever (except maybe a potential charge from the villager government suing you for forced labor and slavery)!

Wattles talking about the cow crusher:"unethical" Wattles talking about leaving villager to hunger :"decent idea" 😂😂

I think adding some leaves/vines, a little terraforming might help with the strangeness of the orange circles! It'd still pop out of course, but i kind of like that aspect. The series is great so far, keep having fun!

OptiFine is great for connected texture on glass but perhaps you could get Vanilla Tweeks to remove the glass borders so that it's a seemless dome!

Pineapple and jalapenos is a great combo on pizza. Plus whatever your favorite meat and such is (like maybe the standard pepperoni, sausage, olives).

You could cover the acacia wood with glow lichen. Maybe it would help it blend in better with the stone on the mountain and it would glow

Look, I love the Minecraft boat, I love the fact that you can do things out of the water with it as kinda use it as a car, but the more I think about it the more I'm convinced it would be a better idea to have the boat only for the water and a horse cart for dry land. It makes more sense.

To make your farm better, you could hook up the hoppers to an auto smelter. I think that would be cool.

I have watched your videos for about 2-3 years now and i can honestly say that you are my favorite minecraft youtuber. I just love the way you build everything, your style and commentary are just gold. I often watch your videos in 2 times speed so I can watch as many videos as possible and soooo many of your videos are my "recreate" playlist because I want to add your amazing builds to my world. Which actually brings me to one question. Could you make a build tutorial video for the flying ship? I love this build so much and would be just so happy if could put it in my world. And thank you for your amazing content which always makes me happy and just makes lockdown so much more enjoyable.

If you decide to try pineapple pizza, don't just add pineapple to a random pizza. Not sure about that side of the pond, but over here we get "Hawaiian" pizza which is pineapple, (ham or Canadian bacon) & regular American bacon. DELISH. Probably my 2nd favorite pizza (behind chicken bacon ranch)

Dont forget to lock one of those maps with a glass pane in the cartography table cause you could update it with the other map by accident

I liked the ice boat transport system you made for the nether, are you planning any sort of transport system for the caves and caverns if you make a base in one of them?

wattles I've never tried peach tea before but i just tried it and I gotta say thanks it tastes great, also mint tea is delicious especially garden fresh mint you should consider growing it

Not sure if it’s only bedrock edition but a nice tip is you can pull the villagers with a lead once they are in the boat wich makes it way easier!

Great episode! I like how the copper ties in to the Acacia on one side. It definitely helps breakup that bright orange.

Yeah moving from 1.14.4 to 1.18.1 I found that the villagers LOVE to simply jump off cliffs. they are saying something: "we have no AI and it's not worth living.'

Also you now can make raw copper blocks I use them all the time!

@11:55, I would dare to correct you: Asuming that all those villagers at the top were the parents to all villagers down there would meen that these would be the villagers siblings and not complete strangers. ;-) Plus they have lived in the same hole for their entire life so how fricking introvert would a villager have to be to still be a complete stranger to the others!

I love these series..

What I did was put hoppers under the whole farming area feeding into chests. No second villager needed. When they pull up the crops some fall on the ground and get sucked up by the hoppers. I do carrots and sell them for emeralds.

When you have two villagers in a boat, I believe it can be pulled by a lead. The villager head on you is creepy a/f, but I'm sure you didn't personally take any villagers out to get it 😉

Hey wattles (and anyone else who has the issue with a villager taking a long time to bond to a job block) if you have an unemployed villager that won't bond to a job block quickly no matter how many times you place it and break it, try putting a bed down next to him. I've found that it always triggers a chain reaction that makes him bond to the nearest job block instantly. Then, just break the bed.

I just love the sarcasm and such low enthusiasm!😂

Hi Wattles. Great episode. Maybe you should also put a hopper below the potato chests, leading directly into a furnace, so the potatoes keep being cooked. Then, you will have cooked potatoes at all times.

I second the peach tea. There was one point in my life where it as going out for tea 3 times a day and each time I'd get an iced peach tea. If I get bubble tea and they have peach tea, that's what I'm getting.

You just need a hopper line trucking those potatoes into a huge smoker system for a completely hands off system. Would be neat to have suspended in that cave below, similar to the floating mineshafts.

You can use waterlogged stairs to block the water downward, i think it is easier than refilling the hole below the floor

You’re not missing out on much. It’s personally not one of my favorites. But, the four meat/3 meat pizzas are really good. There’s one that I can specifically remember that had pepperoni and sausage.

You should set up the potatoes chest running into a smoker so you have baked potatoes

I rewatched a Minecraft guide episode and I realized one of the things I am missing on this series, is the fun intro music.

Use some copper with the acacia wood for the "eyes". It will definitely bring the farm vibe up to the windows in the mountain.
