My sympathies for Amy being robbed, some people know have no respect, hope she's okay and that it didn't completely ruin your trip to London as it is a wonderful city most of the time.

I felt like jumping and grabbing Andy by his shirt every time he stepped closer to the rails. I liked tube in London because it was straightforward, but the people and rails and how fast the trains go. Overload. Then imagining doing it with kids... You did an excellent job.

London can be dangerous during busy times . Try and avoid rush hour . People can easily pick pocket you when there is large crowds . I’m glad Amy is fine 💞

It’s awful when you come out of a concert and you get stuck in the crowds at the O2. It’s way too stressful for me, gotta go do it in May and I’m not looking forward to it :(

the 16:35 mark is one of the reasons I watch this channel. Kevin doesn't film whatever's going on, instead he puts his family first and explains what happened in another episode. I hope everything turned out okay in the end. I'm sorry Amy got her phone stolen and I hope she can replace it. London looks and sounds a lot like Manhattan. A lot of sounds, a lot of people, and extremely tight subway/tube trains.

aww man everyone looked so stressed at the end and I hate to see you all like that but hey you all held it together and gave it a good try, city life is hectic, hopefully the rest of the trip was great and you get a future oppotunity to try this again free of any issues and stress

I think the reason Andy likes the O2 so much is because it's a huge building with strange infrastructure and a big dome thing plus like you said it's got his favourite logos and brands.

Hope Amy is ok. And has done so well with all the sensory stuff. Keep up the good work xx

@freedomisslavery Do you live in London? I'm not a girl but I've lived and worked in South London all my life and never seen or experienced proper crime... London is very friendly, really! All major cities have bad eggs and Piccadilly Circus is very overwhelming and crowded most of the time!!

@@DTRT3026 there's tons of crimes. We deal with moped thefts alot. Smash and grabs. Daylight robberies and alot of stabbings

@@digitalclock yes and no, the moped gangs are very real, the sad thing is tourists are often targets, I genuinely haven't seen smash and grabs for a few years, during the riots about ten years ago there was a lot, generally stabbings aren't random and are gang related, or muggings gone wrong. As major cities go London has a low violent crime rate, especially compared to what it was like in the 90s. pickpockets are everywhere though, especially in the evenings, got to be wary of people around you or people bumping into you. Amy was very unlucky to have spent so little time there and be the victim of a teef...

I struggle in the tube when its busy like that too and i also struggle with heightened senses and anxiety so I can only sympathise with Andy and empathise that he struggles to express that. you can tell he was overwhelmed but seemed to handle it like a champ. Hope Amy is ok. Gutted you didn't make it to Rainforest cafe, again!! But as long as Amy is ok x

A trip going so well, only been watching the channel for a short while but seeing it and how happy he was at the O2 was really nice to see. Such a shame its spoiled by some scrotum. I hope everyone is ok and it didn't spoil the trip too much.

I think it was extra busy on the tube because of the bakerloo line strike. Can't wait for tomorrow's vlog.

Poor amy. just hope nothing of value was taken. Was in London with my daughter just a few weeks back and took her to Piccadilly Circus. Thankfully our experience was a good one. Glad Amy is ok though.

3 years ago me and my girlfriend made a bucket list to travel to every European Capital. (22 done so far) Out all cities we have been too 95% have been utterly incredible. The one we both hated - London. For me at least the most overrated city in the world, everything went wrong for us. I'm sorry this happened to you, but try not to let it dampen the rest of the trip. I love London. Definitely plan to move there before I’m too old to enjoy it. But then I don’t have loads of other capitals to compare it to, I’ve only been to Paris, Barcelona and Brussels.

If you want a quiet station then go on the central line to Roding Valley

I highly recommend noise cancelling headphones or ear defenders to reduce stress, even if noise isn't a big problem, it does reduce long term stress which will just fill up and become too much. I'm autistic and I find them very calming. My family have commented on how I change when I put them on, I look generally more relaxed, my breathing is really steady and all the tension just goes. So just try them out to see how it goes because it could really be worth it.

Yip - I remember visiting London and being robbed years ago. Sounds like nothing has changed. Keep your belongings and bags to the front of you - not on your back . Don’t keep things in back pockets or put anything down for even a second.

@@kevinchapmanarchive Thank you :-) The DLR is probably the best public transport rail network to introduce Andy to London's extensive transport network. I bet he liked the fact that it is mostly automated and controlled by computers! :-)

Great vlog but obviously not great what happened to Amy glad she is OK though 👍 . Andy did so well on the tube I would absolutely hate this environment as I don't cope well with crouded places. I'm currently doing a college course on principles of working with people with learning disabilities. There is a unit on autism and upon reading a lot today I could actually see some of the traits in myself. Not to the extent that I believe I'm autistic but it was very interesting to read and learn more about autism.

Poor Amy! What a horrible thing to have happened and to such a young person at that! After the struggle with the tubes and keeping the family together what a disappointment. Scary too! Andy seemed to be handling the excitement of Piccadilly Square better than you Kevin. I am so happy that you’re taking the time to help Andy out of his world. Sometimes we get used to our surroundings and forget there’s a world outside our comfort zone.

Kevin Chapman I love that for Andy. He’s maturing, it’s obvious, and he’s come so far from the early days of your vlog. To see him conquer the chaos around him today, taking everything in stride, for the most part and asking to return! Kudos to you and Anna, for putting in the hard work. My favorite Andy things: walking into a church and telling you to be quiet, being able to order his own meal at McDonald’s, the way he does interact with his sisters, and him saying good job after you’ve done the close out. That one always makes me smile. Especially that you always acknowledge him with a thank you. Thank you for sharing your life and family with us.
