Every kid on that boat needs 500 hours of community service, at least. The ones doing the actual dumping? 1k hours. All beach and water cleaning and trash pickup. My family and several others had a home on an island back in the 40’s/50’s. Back then there was no trash service. this is literally how people would dispose of their trash when it got too full back then. Thankfully that’s not commonplace anymore.
