@@YourLawyer binigay po kasi sakin ng school yung CAV ng TOR tsaka Diploma naka sealed sa brown envelope mali ko po binuksan ko po. Sabi sa DFA na daw po bubuksan yun. Btw thank you po sa reply

It largely depends on the institution where you intend yo submit your documents. Usually, they would specifically require that documents in other languages should have English translation. I’d rather be safe with a translation.
