    Oh, yes! Those geese did look shocked!🤣 This is one Catalan dish I have not yet tried...I think I shall make it for Sunday's lunch. Looks soooo flavourful. Always a joy to watch your videos, Pete! And that setting...simply perfect! Thanks for all your work!
