My KTB II finally arrived today (53" 55# @ 31" version)! The bow looks stunning in this video but it's absolutely breathtaking when you actually hold it in your hands... All the contents Armin showed were also present in my package ( sleeve, extra string, manual ) plus the 2021 catalog from Freddie Archery. Draws smooth and feels/ shoots great!

I think it's time to add a Korean bow to my collection. But I think I'll wait to see the comparison to the YMG. I really liked the curves and handle of that one. I even liked the draw wieght of the first one but want to see Armins opinion of the lower draw wieght. Thanks Freddie Archery for all your doing to get quality Korean bows on the market and thank you Armin for another great review as usual.

I bought a Freddie Bow through 3 Rivers Archery, 35 lbs. It was really smooth, fast and fun. I gave it to my Daughter in Law. No reports from her yet. I missed it so much that I bought a Black Shadow, the lightest, shortest on the list. 35 lbs, very sensitive, but will shoot well with concentration. Then I contacted FreddieBow direct. I have ordered a repro HornBow 45 lbs. Rather pricey. Haven't got it yet. This ought to be kool ;)

Hi Armin, It was an very interesting review. But I wonder why you are reviewing the raw, basic bow. (Use as shipped) Korean bows are basically modified to suit the Archer’s posture and body shape, such as knocking points and handles. For arrows, the length and weight are ordered according to arm length and strength. In the case of shooting from close range, there is no difference even if you use it as it is. But as you know, Korean bows are made based on a target range of 145m. So it would be very happy to see it in your next video, Tuning the bow to your body shape, and using custom bows and arrows to shoot long distances (at least 100m or more). Thanks for always posting useful information.

Dear Armin! Thanks for another almost professional review! I have bought 13 bows based on your recommendations. Please, for the love of god , drop your testing with the 600 spined 330 grains skeleton arrows. What is the point? Not one of the bows you have reviewed to date, save for the snake bow, can handle such a weak spine!

Hi Armin, If you wrap that piece of cork on the handle with the natural rubber strip that Freddie has, the damping and grip of the bow is even much more improved ! I do shoot the KTB II with that modification on it and I think that is pretty close to be the ultimative bow then ! ( it has 50 pounds at 31" ) Well, my YMG at 55pounds /31" and with the mentioned mod is even better ( but only if I am really in full flow - it is a tough bow !! )

What are cheap targets to use (I lost my job about 7-8 months ago due to covid restrictions) I've noticed that ypu use hay/straw bales. Any recommendation would be much appreciated. Thanks for what you do & keep up the good work.

Clayton, sorry you lost your job. Hope you can get one soon as things slowly return to some kind of new normal. Another possibility for a target is to get a bunch of cardboard boxes and flatten them out and 1. Pack a bigger box full of cardboard and have a target cube. 2. Take the stack of flat cardboard and duct tape it into a thick target. Be sure that you make sure that you have enough material to stop your arrows especially after a number of shots in the same area as you increase in accuracy. Good luck with the archery and the job search.

i use foam floor tiles around home. hang old blanket folded in half about a foot behind it to stop the arrows. i shoot at a chalk mark that i move when one area gets too many holes. pays to blunten your arrow tips a little for the sake of the blanket.
