Today I make sambar coz I have a guest from South Indian it's was my first time I made n it was good thank you

Since it is YOU who has shown this Sambar, and unarguably you are THE BEST, I cannot dare differ or argue. But I have never eaten Kerala sambar with garlic tadka and without the Sambar masala! And I am saying this as I hqd several Malayali neighbours and also, I had lived in Kerala in Thrissur district for almost a year on q scholarship and am crazy about Kerala cuisine.
