بہت ھی اچھی ریسپی ھوتی ھے میں نے آلو کا بنایا اور چکن کا اور قیمہ کا آپ کی ریسپی سے بنایا مگر بیچ میں سے پھت گیا پراٹھا میں نے بڑا بنانا ھے 10 اینچ تک بتاے گی کیسے بناؤ کہ پڑا تھا بیچ میں سے چکن یا کوئی بھی فیلنگ نہ نکلے بہت ھی پسند ھے آپ کی ریسپی جلدی جواب دے شکریہ

Yeast make the dough rise...we don't need raised dough..we need soft dough only you can skip baking powder
