Join or die is one of the oldest political cartoon prints in American history. Back then you had to carve out the image you wanted and then print it. Newspapers and political tracks or “early posters” of the period.

They started as a family store in coastal Texas near Houston. They have stayed privately owned as they have massively expanded over the last 30 years. They pay their employees well and give good benefits. They are very well placed to do well out of the electric car revolution… takes a while to refuel one of those! They will need upgraded electrical connections and places for people to sit and eat though. Start planning for that now, Buccees!

Buc-ee's is wild. Honestly wish they were the standard for US truck stops. They're are ridiculous. It's an odd experience the first time you walk into one. When I was traveling for work consistently, used to always try to time my trips so I could grab their fresh breakfast and their fresh BBQ later in the day for lunch.

My gripe about B, but I understand it. Of course, it saves them lots of money not to pick up trash. But I'm pretty sure that 1. They sell beer and they sell food and they would have to pay a lot of state fees for licenses with seating. 2. If they had seating areas they would have to police them to keep them from becoming the local teen hang out and enforce laws about not drinking/underage drinking on the premises. And in Texas, at least, that would end up with drag racing on the huge parking lots. Every teenagers dream!

The join or die snake is a political cartoon created by Benjamin Franklin to advocate fore the individual colonies to act in a more unified way in their approach to dealing with Great Britain. So the join is a more unified group of colonies. This would ultimately progress through the Articles of Confederation, and eventually, in order to create a Federal Government to assume the liability of all of the states individual debts (mostly to France) incurred during the War for Independence., the Constitution was adopted and the United States of America was finally formed in 1789.

If you are a light eater, you had better get too much there if you can’t eat it all or are looking to save and eat it providing you proper place to store it where it will be fresh and be re heated if you want to eat it again. They are driving their own RV Van that like in Australia the steering wheel is on the right side. I hope they don’t get too much of shock of this country driving the highways and interstates of this country.

Restrooms are the term we use for public bathrooms in Americans. Years ago, I heard women started to use the term restroom because many public female bathrooms had a separate room with couches so that women could rest while waiting for an open bathroom stall or for their friends. As everyone knows, women love to go to the bathroom together.
