Envirotube. Australian Bats episode 1, presented by Jacob Sife. In this episode, Jacob goes inside the trees to witness bats go about their daily life in Sydney and visits Sarah Curran who cares for a variety of injured bat species. Sarah is with Sydney Wildlife. There will be wildlife rescue organisations outside of Sydney in your own locality. It’s good to do a quick search for them now rather than when you have an animal emergency on hand.

Incredibly intelligent little animals and a sheer delight to raise. One animal we can actually play with and enjoy without having to worry about later imprinting problems on release.

What an excellent presentation!
Are there any groups that go to the Australian government and fight for all these beautiful flying foxes? Even a way to protest and get enough people together to get rid of the horrible netting they put over the fruit trees.
