Yea, that's where the laws Luke that come in to play thow. That's why they were created. The few people that grew to be generationally normal after decades, made lots of laws to prevent the {still huge} amount of nasties from being in their spaces so they'd be safe.

Furthermore, private business or not, generally in commonwealth countries courts have maintained that a business that it open to the public IS obligated to serve all the public. So as a business, I couldn't for example, say "no Koreans in my pet store".

Dam this girl called me to pick her up at 3am once. I had just smoked myself to sleep cause I worked at 6 😬. I agreed and left with the worst cotton mouth. I knew she didn’t want to get down down but she would’ve made out then who knows…. I couldn’t find a dam place to get some water. The quik stop by my house wasn’t 24 hours anymore wtf😤…. Everything was closed at 4 am. My cotton mouth was so bad she would’ve felt sand paper on her lips 😂😂. I start driving up this hill I like and bam a deer jumps in front of my car. I swerve and stop then another 3-4 cross the road like they own it. When I was driving her home some crack head was just standing in the middle of the road. I switched to the left lane and when I was about to pass him he starts walking towards my lane while I’m going 40+ mph …. I swerved hard to the left to make it between the street barrier going the wrong way on the road. I just stopped on the side and wonder wtf happened because I almost killed some guy. I asked her and and she didn’t even notice the guy till I swerved. Bad night and bad morning with only getting like 30 mins of sleep.

Its an attempt to disrupt organised crime (pretty shit effort but anyway). No Such Laws Exist - 5 seconds on Google will show you there are no laws prohibiting Face, Neck or Hand Tattoo's in any Australian State or Territory. Wester Australian Police have made statements regarding Motorcycle Gang Members with Face Tattoos, however, there are no specific laws in place banning the Tattoos. Any Venue has the right to refuse entry to any perspective patron they believe may be looking to cause a problem once inside or on the grounds of failing to meet a dress code. They could easily argue that certain Face Tattoos could be unacceptable due to Criminal Association or Intimidatory Appearance - Not saying I agree, just pointing it out.

I'm a 46yo black man from deep southwest Louisiana. I wasn't allowed in a nightclub because my shirt wasn't tucked in. As I tucked my shirt in I saw several white guys wearing t-shirts, shorts and sneakers exiting with wristbands. I was wearing dress shoes, slacks and a short sleeve button down. I was still denied entry (after I tucked) as those guys walked back into the club. When I brought this up to the doorman he motioned to the police officer to have me removed from the property. I didn't get loud or belligerent I just said ok. Yeah, discrimination is a bitch.

No such law, no such ban. Its the discretion of the owners of any premises who is allowed in or not. Same as in the US. They could refuse to allow left handed people just as legally. THey can refuse service and ask you to leave unless doing so breaks anti-discrimination laws, which this doesn't. Their premises, their rules. When you choose to get face and neck tattoos you do so knowing (and perhaps because) it makes you no longer seen as a "normal" member of society. The consequenses of your own deliberate choices. Probably not the kind of establishment this guy would normally go or be comfortable in anyway.
