"Your face doesn't matter. You matter." I can't begin to express how much I agree with this. I too am in a band and I refuse to put our faces on our concert posters and have seriously even considered playing behind backlit screens. It's all about the sound, the music, and the experience we create and we have zero biases toward all types of performance as well as any audience member who cares enough to listen. This band is wonderful and I hope others can listen and share in the goodness that they create.

They’re a great band, they have some unique lore with their albums. Their albums from 2000 - 2010 are fabulous. If you wanna start out, I recommend Fontana Bella. It’s one of their best, most inspirational album I’ve ever heard. Absolutely amazing. I never knew about them till last year. They helped me with my life. I’m Mexican and I never heard of the rock industry they had. I was listening to some of the rock songs when I stumbled across them. The song that I listened from Austin TV for the first time, it was the song Les Choses Sont Bizarres. It instantly got me interested. It had like a great smoothing rhyme to it, like math rock. And the EP itself is also great. I love my country.
This is my first exposure to this band and I'm thrilled I found myself here

The last 20 years has been a true musical renaissance with the access to high quality recording software and musicians just doing what they do with no regard for record companies, labels, executives....whatever the stopping block was that held up amazing musicians in the past is no longer there. Everyone with passion and dedication and produce, mix and master their own album and push it to whoever wants it without having to sell yourself to someone else first. It can't be understated how different the environment for creating and sharing those creations is from what we had in the past. Creative people are insanely lucky to be alive right now.

yeah whatever...music was far more precious when I grew up because you had to buy the album or cassette. Hell, even an 8-Track. In the 70's and 80's, you had to be damn good and living in a certain part of the USA to get noticed as a band. New York, Nashville and Los Angeles. Now, you can buy a computer, record your own music in a basement and put it on the internet. Spotify, Apple Music and many others. Back then, some of your income as a band was from record sales and obviously touring. Now bands have to tour a lot more because people aren't buying albums and CD's. They are buying individual songs or just going to youtube and converting the music videos to MP3's using various apps. Every block has a rapper on it now and a self-taught guy who records the music.
Didnt know what i got myself into at first... something face melting-ly awesome. You guys really brought it, from a fellow musician i wanna say killer performance from everyone and you got a new fan here in Texas!
