Great choices! And yes, you get all your sodium & fat for the week in one meal, but we love it! Cuantos Tacos on East 10th in Arbor Food Park for tacos. Loro on South Lamar for an Asian Smokehouse. Tiffs Treats for some good cookies, icees/sno cones everywhere and needed during the summer, and kebab if you like that. HopDoddy for the best burger bar ever. Home Slice for some classic NY-Style pizza. Good vibes ♥

For the best coffee in ATX and all around coolness, swing by Cosmic Pickle while you’re in town. And hit up Lewis & Leroy, it’s BBQ but get the cheese burger…oh lawd!

For BBQ sides, Stiles Switch has some excellent ones. I also love Rudys creamed corn.

Man I loved visiting Austin.such a vibrant city and those breakfast tacos are so memorable! Love the Migas ones! Oh and you went to the Mecca of bbq! I would wait that long we have Lewis bbq and it is about an hour wait. Looks so delicious for sure. Great tour need to get back there! 🎉

Breakfast tacos looked yummy. And that Texas size donut was incredible. I ended up at Stubbs while in Austin, it wasn't memorable. My most adventurous food was a soup made out of beef cheek. It as very tender and flavorful, not gamey at all. Matt, applaude you for trying the tongue

If you want top tier BBQ and next level sides next time try Intersteller BBQ in Austin, the smoked scallop potatoes and the gouda mac n cheese is to die for. I would go there even if they were sold out of their meats.

I know what you mean about the home made flour tortillas. I had them in Cabo San Lucas & I said Why aren’t ours like that in the States? They were absolutely amazing delicious!!! I’ve never even thought beef tongue tacos would be at all good. Got me making ugly faces but NOW I’m curious. You guys are great!!

Being a resident of the Austin area it was interesting and hearing about places I had never heard of in my area. Obviously I've heard of Franklin barbecue and Round Rock donuts (not in Austin but pretty close) although there are much better donut places in the area, I'll be giving the other places a try.

Loved your guys video! Me and my wife will be in Austin next week. Was wondering how was the heat out there ? 😅 looks to be in the mid 90s ! Looks like you guys still had a good time. Just worried if the heat will be to much for us 🥴🤞🏻 like to know your thoughts 💭

Hellooo! So our family always wonders something and we thought who better to investigate than the 2 of you...if you ever have an opportunity would you consider checking out some of the "Hallmark Christmas Towns" across the USA? Apparently, there are quite a few. Also as a side note Rolf's in NYC is decorated with hand decorated Christmas balls all year long. Just in case you venture there.

Thanks for watching! It depends, Matt does have his commercial drone license but it just depends on where we are, whether it’s near an airport or in a park or a crowded piece etc so we do use storyblocks for footage to help tell the story if we can’t personally film it. If that makes sense lol

beef tongue is pure meat (obviously), and in years past it was an inexpensive choice in the meat department or the butcher shop....it became popular, and now it's typically expensive,,,,,but still very good

Off topic. A reaction channel named "The Beesley's" recently reacted to your video on the Mall of America from two years ago. They said sweet things about both of you throughout the reaction. ("Very nice couple, chilled and relaxed") However, the left their microphone running and forgot to delete the last ten seconds. That's when they unloaded on both of you. They called you "really irritating" and "health freaks." I know I'm just a random commenter and you won't believe me, so watch the last 60 seconds of their reaction and hear it for yourself. Sorry, I can't provide a link or else YT will remove my comment. The title of their video is "Brits Reacts to the Largest Mall in America!" Search and you'll quickly find it. I suggest hitting them with a strike and demanding they remove the video.

Correct, Chai is the Hindi word for "tea" which originates from the Mandarin word for tea, "ch'a". But in the West, and especially the US coffee scene, "chai" is used in reference to an Indian Masala Tea. So, when you see a "Chai Latte" on a Western coffee shop menu, it's referring to a Masala Tea with frothed milk.
