Every actor that is affiliated with this movie is doing nothing but praising Austin Butler's performance and not only that, they love him. I call that a win!!

The lengths Austin has gone to embody his character mind, body and soul is unbelievable. As a proud Elvis fan I'm equally as proud for this extremely talented young man who was clearly determined to portray his character with respect, dignity empathy, and with the utmost most believeabilty, no mean feat for for any actor regardless of age or ability. Austin comes across a very humble and gracious young man and will go far . Thanks ♥

For past week saw many short videos of Austin interview he really did a great job in his love commitment he brought to portray Elvis in singing n dancing just like him. It's his hard work for 2 years he prepared for his role as Elvis Presley is so successful! Surely all his fans friends around world are thankful!

He took me back to when I was 13 and had pictures of Elvis all over my room, iv seen this movie ,so far 8 times . What an actor. He had better win awards I seen he up for some in the spring .

I hope he can have a career after the role of Elvis Presley...

Just got out of the theatre to watch this. It was mind blowing! Wonderful, WONDERFUL MOVIE. Thinking of watching it again. It's really good.

The very first time I saw the movie Elvis, at the beginning when they’re showing Elvis and Austin on stage at the same time singing, literally blew me away! I felt like I was at a real concert and was really seeing Elvis in concert. My heart was beating so fast! I was even crying during the movie because it was so good! Austin did an excellent, wonderful, amazing job! He surely deserves an Oscar for that. Austin did such an amazing job of portraying Elvis as he really was in person. There is no one at all on this world that can portray Elvis the way Austin Butler did!! I have watched the movie about 10 times now and each time still has my heart beating fast. Austin you are the best!!

Austin really shocked me, he is soo sooo massively talented, is magnificent, and has this unbelievable magnetism, he is vibrant, so passionate, he deserves all the success in the world, I hope he is surrounded by ppl that truly love him, protect him, and have his best interest in mind. Cindy phifer Exactly. My mom keeps telling me that Elvis stole black people's music. He grew up in the black church. I'm sick of her telling me that. He made Big mama Thornton's hound dog his own rendition and version.

I am sure Austin will go on to have a great career and put in many great performances... I don't know if it is possible for him to top this though, it is one of the best performances I have ever seen in a film, there is something transcendent about it. I have seen the film several times now and he is just flawless. There are mash ups and side by side comparisons people have done on you tube and it is honestly like watching Elvis then and a later incarnation of him.

That is cool. I always thought it was crazy too, that my mom was born on the same day and year as Elvis and I was born on the 17 of August. It cool to know that Austin was born the day I was born. I will never forget the day that I died heard that he had been found in his bathroom unconscious and pronounced dead at the hospital. And yes, I saw the man Elvis in person! His shows had no comparison then and most even now! He was the catalyst for so much in the music industry. He tweaked and made his self relevant in every decade he drew breath in! He is missed! RIP ELVIS

No I definitely agree with you. I see a strong Brad Pitt vibe about Austin Butler too. He also gives off strong old hollywood James Dean vibes to me. I predict in the next year or 2 he will be a huge A list movie star and an Oscar nominee for Elvis as lead actor next year

This audition tape is out therein public and his audition was Miles better than the other actors. He would have got it even without Denzel's call. Your comment flat out seems like a straight up dig on Austin like he didn't deserve to be in Hollywood even thought he's been working since he's a teenager and his big break came little later for him!

I was singing Elvis songs when I was 5 years old. Like Blackie Lawless I didn't want the rock house being sold. I picked up the guitar at age 14, Learned to play caught in a trap because it was an acoustic, Kimbra knows what I mean. Ugh, the interviewer guy mentions maybe society needs to be "confronted with" - what a douche thing to say. Always have to play the race card. Shall we go back to where the grand scale came from, 500 years ago, and claim black people ripped off white music? They use our scale. All music does. Just ignorant. BB King had it right. Once it's out there, people can add/delete and make it theirs. Elvis did Elvis music, no color. Can't wait to see the movie. If the Presley family loves it, I will love it.

Dude doesn't look anything like Elvis. His vibe is way different too. He looks more like a more attractive Napoleon Dynamite.
