With the rear height adjustment. Is there any specific height it should be?

Hi! Please make sure the rear feet are adjusted high enough so the belt clears the ground. The Aussie Pro Runner should be used on a solid and level surface. Hi! While we do not offer in home set up, there are likely a number of providers in your area that can assist. You could reach out to a moving company or a fitness assembly company. If you share this video and give them details regarding access to your apartment (stairs, hallways, etc) they will be able to provide you a quote.

what could be the cause of sensor not workking

Hi! Check out Page 9 of the Aussie Pro Runner manual to see a picture of the sensor position. If the sensor is not working, then it is likely not close enough to the flywheel to pick up a reading.
