I don't know how I would cope if I only liked certain types of music - my tastes are really eclectic too which means I can always find a song to suit my mood. Aurora just has this knack of getting inside your mind and making you feel the music deep in your soul and she is always one to make a song her own so the covers she does definitively have an Aurora stamp to them.

Whoa!!! This is so neat!!

Besides the genius of Aurora's songwriting and vocals, I love how clever the metaphor of this video is. For me it's how such sadness seems to envelope and isolate you as seen with what encapsulates her but it's also like a cocoon that she eventually breaks out of, reborn once she remembers how to feel alive again...does that sound weird? I don't know but at least that's what I get from it, I see this as my song as I lost my husband of 35 years and I really relate to this.😮‍💨😊

I think she had SUCH a cool look right at this time....basically this music video, the video to I Went Too Far, and the Honda Stage live show. Her hair was a bit grown out from the earlier short bob....she had that cool undercut....and idk, just had a specifically cool style at that moment. I mean, she _always_ looks amazing...but I particularly like the aesthetic vibe from around this time. It didn't last that long either.

It must be torture to hold back from watching everything Aurora does. When I discovered her in 2016 I started watching everything and still do. The idea of waiting just won't work for me. Same @nobodi817 I found her, via the Nidarosdomen show(what a way to start huh!?) back in March 2020....and it genuinely seriously changed my life in some major ways. I delved into EVERYTHING that following year...I've seen/watched literally everything, several times over. Every single livestream...at least 3 times etc etc. I almost wish I HAD paced myself a bit lol...cuz I eventually straight up ran out of stuff lol.

Love how excited and emotional you get about music. You seem to get what life's about and that's finding happiness in the simplest of everyday things. you come across as such a warm person whose always looking at that half full glass. The emotions you express are almost tangible which makes your channel so lovely.. Been into Aurora since her first single and I chatted online with her in the early days about how important it was to produce music/art that reflected you and not try and produce commercial work that was currently popular. Like Kate Bush I think Aurora has created her own unique niche that doesn't fit into a certain genre. I do hope success doesn't change or consume her because she comes over so well and the close connection between her and her fans is clearly reciprocated both ways.

I don't care what you're wearing, I would watch you react to Aurora every day, regardless! You got the right video, despite the hardcoded subtitles. There is a very cool "making of" video about this. The people who helped her with the drones said that the science usually inspires the video, but in this case, Aurora's vision drove the science. They literally had to program their drones to deliver in her inspiration. One of the most fascinating things about Aurora is how many metal fans love her. I've seen so many mostly metal reactors who have watched her one time and become hooked. And she herself is a metal fan. She's often singled out Gojira as a favorite of hers, and she posted pictures from a Metallica concert a few months ago. She'll probably never go straight metal herself, but I'd love to see her do a metal collaboration at some point. I think she has said she'd love to do something with Gojira at some point (but I have no idea if they're fans of hers).

The original video is currently blocked in the US. Like all of Auroras original videos. They are working to solve it.

So glad you're back to Aurora. This is one of my favorite songs of hers and the video is absolutely gorgeous - sadly this was not the original video but a weird edited looping version of it. Still glad you got to enjoy the song, but if you get a chance to see the original unedited video please do so - it really is quite lovely. Also, you might want to watch/react to the live performance of this song at her Nidarosdomen Concert - the addition of cathedral organ, violins, harp and male choir takes it up a notch or two.

Great reaction! I really love AURORA and metal music. I always think the way of building up AURORA song is very similar to that one of TOOL. Very different music but good one has some same principle imo. And as you said i love both of studio recording and live performance, both has own amazing points, especially nin studio recording, chorus is so good.

Loved this, thanks for sharing! 🌹 I love that you also hear the music, not just her singing. Because its always next level, whether its small accustic sets or big studio productions like here. Im sure you have been told, but she is also a professional dancer. And she weaves the movements into her story like ive never seen before 💖 However, my favorite trate of hers is her lyrics. The topics and the way she convays them, is perhaps my favorite writer since Bob Dylan. When and if you become a hardcore fan, I urge you to take a deep dive in her masterful poetry. Hi, First all thank you for cool reaction for Aurora, i liked it very much. I really love her music and I also like a different types of music including metal. You pick almost right :). But it is not official video. I mean it is from official video but like in loop only short part of video - dont know why someone did this :). Beautiful song (but I love her whole discography) and great video. Way to go! Reacting to both my favorite singers on the same day 🙂 Can you imagine? Last year I got to see both Angelina and Aurora in concert. I am so lucky, and I cherish those memories. It WILL happen again. I'll be seeing KALANDRA live in 3 weeks with my wife. Amazing reaction of the amazing song and video. First I have to say that you are so lovely and have a joy that is so beautiful. I describe myself as a traditional Heavy metal head and old rock bear. You might think it's strange that we like, and in my case love, AURORA's music. But I think it is due to her always high quality. Unafraid to be melancholic and straight-backed as well as endlessly explosive and creative. At least it attracts me.
