I thought the same thing in southern Idaho, we could only barely see it with the camera. There was a point between midnight and 1:30 where pictures didn’t even do it Justice. Was just insanely beautiful. It’s not filters but the camera can pick up light our eyes can’t see. I did see all the colors of green, purple, magenta with the naked eye.

No echancments of photo. I took just simple pictures on camera nad it was really bright. Maybe it's the light pollution that makes you not see as good with naked eye

I'm in Northern California, North of San Francisco and we are not seeing any of this... Maybe a tiny bit of reddish pink but you can barely see it... looks like dust or smoke...

I think it's B.s. I am in Northern California and I got out every night so far, nothing... Tiny, tiny bit of pinkish reddish dust but so little your not sure if you are even seeing anything... Yet there are pictures from the Golden Gate Bridge with massive colors like this... I am 15 minutes north of there... I didnt' see anything close to what the pictures are showing...

Not normal, not the Northern Lights either. Magnetic field is super weak, poles are flipping. 2030s the Earth will start changing. Best of luck all.
