Canon Powershot A570 IS. Solid little camera with good ergonomics and a nice optical viewfinder. Pics aren't too bad either.

I had a chance for an Olympus mju zoom for 300 polish zloty (about 65 US bucks). It was in good condition and working... But I knew I was not going to use it and buying it just to make some money did not seat right with me, so I hope some other passionate photographer picks it up. I did get a pentagon 135 mm f2.8 lens from the same guy for 35 dollars so it was not a bad day at all 😂

I just picked up a polaroid sx-70 with a flash, all original paperwork, and a carrying case for everything to go into. Everything works flawlessly. Stole it for $10. Your channel is the reason I thrift. Thank you!
It is definitely getting harder too find good deals in thrift stores, but it is still possible! I just found an Olympus XA for €18 last week in a local thrift store 🤯

Congratulations. Great camera. I gave mine away for digital back in the 00s and regret it tremendously.
Found a Leica M3 with a 50mm f2 Summicron for 200€ from a thrift store a week ago. Used all my luck at once there

sheeeesh!
I work at a Salvation Army and I’ve found some insane stuff, although we don’t get many cameras anymore. That being said I found a Nikon FM2 with a really nice Nikkor lens for 26.99 and my local goodwill so it is still possible!
It’s getting hard to find great deals on cameras at the thrift store but last month was one where I was quite lucky. I found 2 Canon AE-1 Programs that were under $30 each and in one case, I found a Canon FD 28mm f/2.8 and the Canon FD 85mm f/1.8 for $15. Then I found a Nikon FG with a Series E 50mm f/1.8 lens for $13 (the 75% price) which included a Fuji Discovery 1000 point and shoot camera in the bag. Then I saw a Canon AE-1 for under $20 and a week later I went to a pawn shop and went through a container full of cameras where I saw a really dirty Canon AE-1 with the 28mm f/2.8 lens (also dirty) that I got for $30 which I cleaned and the lens was in excellent condition even with all the grime it I had cleaned. Most recently I found a Minolta X-700 with a 50mm f/1.4 for $35 which I bought for the lens which turned out to be a great price since the X-700 doesn’t work and I plan on selling it. If you’re lucky, you’ll find the deals.
I just binged all your videos and so excited when you post!! Keep up the good work!
Love your thrifting videos! Estate sales are where it's at for me now, families will often sell a big bulk lot of stuff they just want to get rid of and they often don't realise the value of what they've got. A great opportunity for the shrewd buyer :)
I have been watching your videos for more than 3 years now and I started picking up my film camera again because of you. I remember I have my Nikon f4 and f100 in the garage for years and oh boy, still working like I just left it there decades ago. Btw, I started laughing when the lady at the thrift store started talking about where to eat in Tagalog and I heard "Jollibee" OMFG. Now I'm hungry.
I love your thrifting videos man!
Looking forward for the Nikon video!! 🙌🏻 I recently bought a Coolpix s9100 for around that price, I love how compact it is!
Another hidden gem to look out for are the Ricoh CX line. They have snap focusing like the GRs do along with a lot advanced controls that were overkill for digital point and shoots. I got a CX2 for 20$ as the only bidder.
Man that 18/2 is top two Fuji lenses all time - ain’t no one hearing you when you focus with it and it’s great for video man. Shoutout 28mm gang. 🤝😮💨
Nice finds! An S570 was my first digital camera back in the day. Revisited it a while back and gotta say, it's good. Just make sure you turn on stabilization (defaults to off for whatever reason) otherwise you might have a heck of a time getting a clean shot in anything but stellar light, as I did. It also takes killer macro shots if that's your jam.
recently picked up the Canon Powershot SD1200 IS, and the nikon f2. I love both cameras!
Fuji 18mm lens… good lens. Bought one when I got my X-Pro1 and the two other lenses that came out at that time.

Nice haul. I love Lomo 800. Very fine grain with good colors on skin tones. But boy is it expensive. Mercari also has some good deals if you look around. I 've picked up a Fuji F200EXR and Canon S95 both with a relatively large 1/1.7" CCD sensor
I found a Olympus MJU II for 6$ the other day… and it even looks like it’s never been used!😭
Interesting finds. I read that those little digital ps are the new film cameras in Japan. I recently was given a Samsung AF slim 35-70 and it is surprisingly good. I also picked up a Canon EOS Elan IIe open box for $40 and I attached my EF 35:F2 on it for a nice combo. The camera store sold me a pristine ex380 flash for $10 including case, manual and stand, the camera/flash can do HSS. I have been digging the 510 Pyro and TriX combo as of late.
Bought my first ever medium format camera! A nice mamiya m645 1000s with prism and a whole bunch of expired film to boot!!
I can't believe the selection the thrift store had. Almost everywhere in the Atlanta area is dead but maybe I just haven't found the right place. Love your struff!

I picked up the new Kodak Ektar H35, along with some Portra 160. I have 12 shots left before I can send it off. I also finally put a roll of film through my Canon Sure Shot Z115. It has an issue so might be getting rid of that. Thrift stores aren’t that great in my area. I’m planning on making a trip to PA to some thrift stores & a flea market. Fingers crossed!
I now have a Sony cybershot newly bought which i love so far! Alongside that, i had to buy a new digital camera because of water damage to my old one. So i had quite the expensive couple of weeks
Love your videos and I’m wondering when you’re coming down to Santa Cruz to take pics?
I got an olympus pen epl-8 this last month and I've really liked the results, especially with pentax 110 lenses. have you used any olympus digital?
I picked up a Pentax ME with a 40mm 2.8 and motordrive for 70 bucks. Needs new lightseals on the film lid, but electronics works.
U guys got me shooting a digi! Canon sd759
Awesome haul 💜
Cool man! Yeah I bought a new camera last month too. Finally pulled the trigger on a first version Canon F-1 in pristine condition that I've been wanting for ages. Sadly snapped about five shots (without film) before the shutter stuck. Gotta get it CLA´d now but I guess that couldn't hurt anyways. Still a bummer, but fingers crossed it'll work again soon. Cheers /Fred
I thought the XF 18f/2 were a great lens. Surely loved it and have regretted selling it since day one. Thinking of buying again but have to explore the WCL-X100 I've got for my X100V more first, because then that has to go. Would love to see your images with that lens. Cheers /Robert
Have you ever heard of the Topcon RE Super w f5.8mm 1.4? I found mine thrifting and it's by far the favorite 35mm I've ever owned! You should do a video on that. Cool finds! Blessings 🙌
You should review the samsung L210, i personally love it. Super simple to use. 10.2megapixels
Yeahhhhh boieeeee
Can you review the Kodak Ektar H35
Those lomo film prices are jaw dropping.
what store did you go to for the cameras??
HEY jonathan! I JUST HEARD A FILIPINO LANGUAGE AND THEY'RE TALKING. I WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION TO YOUR VIDEO BUT I HEAR SOME LADY TALKING TO OUR NATIVE LANGUAGE. LOVE THE VIBESSSS HAHAHAHA
Bruh I was in there a few days ago and I copped that powershot. I love it🔥
Great finds.
Awwww man where can I find that sd1000 with that square body I’ve looked everywhere 🥺
Hello there,I wanted to ask if you know any good web sites to buy film camera ?
Gotta love the tagalog in the background!
I wish that we had thrift stores in the UK.
I was hoping you would pick up the Ricoh FF-3 AF Super. That was the first 35mm point-and-shoot I ever owned. I still use it and it takes great images, flash and all.

I picked the same model up a few month ago for £10. It’s got an amazing lens on it. Very similar in size and functionality to the Nikon L35Af, but the Ricoh has a sliding lens protector which I prefer as I always lose lens caps!! I was hoping he was going to buy that one. Maybe it didn’t work.
I have looked for cameras here and there but haven’t anything worth picking up. Im in Los Angeles though, bet there was 150 other people looking for the same thing that same day lol
You should do another POV with the canon sd1000
I have a nikon s3100 for $10 bucks im waiting for the batteries to come in im so excited! It’s so tiny and cute hahah
I've been looking for obscure weird film stocks. Like I just picked up some film from China, it's called Cyberpunk d400 I have no clue what cinema film ita made from but I'm pretty excited to shoot it on the coast in a couple weeks.
I went to a flea market and got a yashica mat 124G in mint condition (except the light seals need to replace those) for $200 not sure if I over paid or not but so excited to go out an shoot it

preeeetty good price
Use 75% or higher rubbing alcohol and rub it off... takes a little elbow work....don't do it too much you might go through the paint, if there is a first layer
what thrift store is this
Got a Pentax 6 by7
king j-willy baby
I was really into buying expired film and the amount they have gone up in price has been ridiculous and is really turning me off from film. Even the fresh, new film prices are going up. I don’t know how much longer I’ll be shooting film. I’ll probably just put my film cameras away and stick my digital
yes sir.
San to?
Which thrift stores are your favorites?
Found a sony cyber-shot dsc-t90today the thrift for 9.99! gang
Those filipinos talking where to go and did not want jollibee haha
Try black nail polish
I’m pretty sure that was battery acid Jay!
That Ricoh FF P&S has a great lens. But $50 is too much.

Those sales ladies speaking filipino 👀

I found a used xpro 1 and I quit film bc it got too expensive 😭
I buy a nikon f100 for 30€ a couple of weeks ago in a flea market. it was with out batery device, but I bought via ebay. It works perfectly. 🥲
