Thank you for sharing this! I'm starting the Once Upon a Cable Blanket and this video is helpful for the twist used in that. I was at a complete loss trying to figure it out from the printed pattern alone. The visual is just what I needed!

I think my Stitches of Silver Afghan video may also be helpful as it is more closely similar to the Once Upon a Cable Blanket pattern.

I seem to have difficulty locating the stitches on the return row after completing the twists, especially the reverse twist. Any tips?

I think you should still be able to see the tops of all the stitches. It may depend on what color yarn you're using I suppose also. Generally, I would say to simply focus mostly on maintaining the correct stitch count on your row. Exact placement is great, but it isn't vitally important. What matters more so is the stitch count.
