I opened this video out of desperation, thinking it wouldn't be of any use, but I actually learned something. Thank you.

@@RevolutionPrep almost all of the techniques you mentioned helped me during the test seriously. English is not my main language and I've only had 1 week to prepare for the test so you helped me al lot, also that perpendicular line question was on the test i also learned from you. I really appreciate ❤

Great video!! Can you please post more videos for prepping us for the advanced algebra type questions? I get tripped up with the nonlinear functions and things like that.

We've got a Desmos video coming out next week that will cover some of that stuff; I'll definitely make note for future videos as well.
Thanks!!

You bet!
Great video! Your craft and structure video last time helped me so much it ended up being my highest skill according to my score report! I was wondering if you could make some videos over expression of ideas. Thanks!

A "basics" video is a great idea. Anything in particular you're having trouble with?

@@RevolutionPrep I'm having trouble with craft and structure questions on the SAT, a video with that in it would be great, along with questions about systems of equations

The "Long Study" video has a whole section on craft and structure that you might find useful.
20:00, you can solve it in a few seconds if you use formula related to such kind of triangles, the formula in this situation would be 8 times DC equals to 6^2, which means that DC is 36/8

Right you are! I will make sure to mention that route on the next one.

Certainly-I could put together a dedicated video for that type of question leading up to the August exam. In the meantime, the "Long Study" video has a section on those if you haven't checked it out yet.
Hi, thank you for this beneficial video! Can I ask why you flipped the number while you were multiplying? At 21:37? Thank you.

Sure-so 4/3 was the ratio to go from small to big, but 3/4 was to go from big to small. Since our unknown was a small triangle side, we went with 3/4 to scale down.
can u make video about hardest questions of sat math please

Definitely-we actually have one planned for late next month.
At 26:50 why does D) not work? Isnt he talking abt "fear." So he deeply understands the reader, worried that the reader is walking the walks of dreams. This question is just so hard.

I'm pretty sure D doesn't work because of how the quote starts "whoever you are". That makes it seem that Whitman doesn't understand the reader, which isn't what the question is looking for. I hope that helps.

"Understanding" the reader comes down to knowing about us-not necessarily worrying about us. It IS a hard question for sure. I think all the poetry is a challenge.

Good observation!
I wonder if they’ll keep desmos in the future considering how stupidly advantageous it is. Turns questions that are supposed to take 2 minutes into ones that take 10 seconds

I wonder that as well. We will see how the year goes.
