I think this should have become the anthem after reunification. It’s a bit more patriotic and hopeful as it literally takes about Germany rising from the ruins (of WW2)

It's fine, but too much modernised. Where did the powerful march on the middle of the piece go? It's great, just make another version that is a lot closer than the original...

This why you only play it on a brass instrument
