I think a lot of people follow us just for the follow back, unfortunately, and once we upload anything they remember we exist, but you know, I prefer less people who are really interested in the music! Sometimes lots of ghosts don't help at all 😂😂😂😂😂

Thanks Chainsaw I appreciate that! Yeah it's all over the place because I just felt like riffing haha. I started out using the Nalex Pectifier and decided to find out what the AHM5050 sounded like with Ola's impulse response, and I took it from there. Basically just messing around 😂🤘

Cheers Larry, much appreciated as always dude! I was originally using the Modern Low preset but it was too dark to work with dark guitar tones, so the 90s preset seemed better. Not perfect though haha 👍🤘

@@ChugDealer I was kidding, I thought you knew 😅 It's an april fools plugin from 1-2 years ago 😂 It demonstrates the existence of the placebo effect and how fragile and imperfect human perception is. Always support critical listening with science, by using objective tools like analyzers and methods like the null test to verify what you're doing if you're unsure and/or as a safety 💪 (you're not the only one they got. just shows you how bad humans are at using our senses and how powerful and stupid our brain is for changing our momentary reality)

@@ChugDealer yup, the mix knob will increase the output, and, to human perception, more loudness will flatten the frequency response and make things sound “better” (see the “equal loudness curve”) which is why we need objective tools and to ensure tracks are of equal loudness when comparing/contrasting (like when referencing, mixing…) 💪

Good riffage! U might be right about the quad-tracking on this song... It just sounds "more" instead of fuller. Maybe would have needed more/different IR's blended in, dunno 🤔

Yeah I probably should have used a couple of brighter IRs to balance it out a bit. I also think I accidentally had the pickup selector in the middle position. If you listen closely to the first riff, you can hear it 😂 Cheers Max 👍
