he must have accidentally pressed the button on the end of the indicator stalk that turns on the lane assist. its only meant for motor way/autobahn or highway

I have the virtual cockpit so i focus on that rather than the console screen, especially maps as you can have it full screen. I can see why you think its small though from the video but when you are sat in the car it's perfectly fine

I guess the aggressive steering self-centering could be because of the active lane assist system. I could be wrong, but it seems weird that Audi would use such an unintuitive steering setup in a big SUV...

my recommendation is to set individual settings; steering to auto/ balanced. My a4 does the same thing and this helps to change the settings, also dynamic steering ratio changes things a lot.

steering is because of the rear tires turning aswell, that is an option, aswell as the air suspension that also may cause that

Keep in mind that the prices on this channel are prices for the Netherlands, in most countries the price for an SQ7 starts at around 95K euros.

The other thing is gearbox.... Crikey they don't look at the road ahead and there's no easy way yet developed of telling them to just stay in the gear they're in... They're paranoid, worrying about getting max power all the time.... Does my head in

you have lane assist on turn it off and the handling will be normal haha

Das ist bereits das "bessere". Das Standard Lenkrad sieht aus wie aus den 90ern, nur 4 Tasten glaube. Zudem noch otal klobig. Kommt man sich doch verarscht vor

Das wär das beheizte Lenkrad, das gibt es leider nicht in abgeflacht, ich denke wer auch immer den Wagen bestellt hat, wollte ihn eher Komfortabel ausstatten (Individualkontursitze etc...). Kostet 200 und ein paar zerquetschte...

I know exactly how that type of steering feels, our kuga also do that, it feels like it forces the steering wheel to the center, you dont feel in control, feels like the car is controlling it...

The previous one had so much more presence and made a bigger statement it was unapologetic in its design it was like the German Escalade in my opinion

I hate artificial steering feel, you do not need it, it is in horrid and irrelevant because....? You can feel everything through the seat and the body-instantly I just want light steering, not a valve that makes it suddenly go 'heavy', feeling like an old landrover, when you are trying to whip it around a junction on dry flat tarmac

A petrol engine wouldn't suit the SQ7, you need the torque from the diesel to power all the weight.
