Nice video! Suggest the next episode focus on where to start on performance mods and difference between piggy back tunes (boxes) vs permanent flashed tunes. This will also cover the warranty aspect you talked about in this episode as I'm sure that is an important consideration for most consumers.

I would probably mention what hardware is required at each stage of tuning for example what hardware is required for stage two? Or stage three? Just a thought...... Great video guys!

Stage 2 requires Downpipe and intercooler upgrades. A clutch aswell.

Wait how does this have a manual gearbox? I thought they only come in auto

Nice car I have am s3 myself

2015 Glacier White Audi S3 107Kmiles. Stg 2 etc.. still strong. Obviously you have to keep up with maintaining. But if you don't put pennies aside in any investment your screwed.

Hi guys....

The main problem with this sort of tuning is Warranty and Insurance - which is why I’ve never gone this route. Insurance - is high anyway (in 2023), so wouldn’t like to think how much it would increase by with all those mods. Warranty - it’s known now in 2023 that these DSG gearboxes can fail - hence the Audi recall and patch. Imagine getting all this done, and the gearbox fails and you’ve no warranty. Another 7k(?) for a new gearbox. Tuners should offer warranty and insurance options imo.

We have sorted this issue now

just buy a m135i stage 1 be quicker than the s3 all day long why spend 3k to 4k
