What’s up guys, back for another video on how to remove your headlights on your B8 S5! This job is overall extremely easy & straight forward.
There’s exactly 3 bolts holding down your headlight, 2 of which are 10mm & last one would be a T-30 torx bit.
In the video during the first headlight removal, you can see I removed a second T-30 instead of the 10mm located right above it. This made the job a bit harder when I should’ve just removed the 10mm bolt to begin with! I highly recommend removing the 10mm bolt instead, it makes this job a ton easier. Both sides are pretty much the same, for my situation I did have some missing bolts & snapped plastic so yours might be a bit different than mine but the second headlight (driver-side) shown in my video gives you a way better example of what to expect.
