This is not factory glue. Factory has hard glue and not so soft ( melted with hot air)

Agreed 100% not Factory, and if it was Factory it would have at least 4 staples all round.

I need to get this done on a Mercedes W213 light. I cannot remove it. Ive tried to heat it up and the glue does not go soft at all. The lens just snaps and does not come out. Is it possible to be done on Mercedes E Class lights? I really dont want to have to buy a complete new headlight but I think I might have to.

it depends, i have 2011 and doesnt work for me, they dont use regular glue anymore, heatgun isnt much help

These are A5, not A4. A4 look different than this.

@@hydroaquatic where did I say they were A4 lights? I said they were B8.5 not 8T lights, every Audi has B6, B7, B8, B8.5, not just A4 😂

@@TitanK1lls and B8.5 is still A4, not A5. Sorry, proper naming would be 8T0 for A5 and 8K0 for A4 if you want to be that precise.

@@hydroaquatic You stoopid foo'? A5 IS 8T3, 8TA for the Pre FL models and B8.5 for the FL...do your own research my man and stop talking smack about cars. Most VAG cars are defined by the letter B in the pre 2016 models. VW Passat has B5,B6,B7, Audi A4 and A6 have B5 B5.5 B6 B7 B8 and A5 starts at 8T3 / B8 and then facelift is B8.5 because they no longer called it 8T or 8.5T...once again, before replying to me, just do your research and you'll look both less ignorant and stupid ✌️
