Thanks for all this information, it really helps. I have a question regarding bolts. The cam cover bolts are supposed to be TTY and be replaced every time they are removed, my question is do you have experience with reusing this bolts?

I put all of them inside a zipper bag, I poor DW40 on them and shake them really good to clean them, then put them on a clean towel paper then reuse them , but off course new ones are better you just don’t have to , in my unprofessional opinion hhh

I'll be first to comment! Great video! I'm almost thinking I should just change my timing chain just for preventative maintenance I'm right at 100k.. I need to find out if I have the new or old timing change tensioner.. I know that audi had the oil consumption problem fixed.. not sure if they put the new tensioner on or not.
