Honesty, learning in a classic Cessna with the standard 6 pack is going to give you a better instrument platform as there are numerous instrument scans you will need to master, this takes a while to master. The "glass stare" takes all of a few minutes. Why is this important? More than likely your first job will be flying freight in an old plane that does not have glass and you will have a very hard time adapting without that 6 pack training.
