Aubrey Plaza is just a human who is actually herself and seemingly has a mind of her own. Her ineffable personality just seems "awkward and weird" since the bar of normalcy and real is often portrayed via actors trying to act like somebody they're not. Putting up a façade between them and the viewer. Insofar as "famous" people are concerned, she'd probably be the most chill person to hang out with. Somebody who's funny without really trying.

Genuine people are so rare that they seem crazy!

She's genuinely odd, but only slightly awkward. She's super hot and hilarious though.

normalize people as great as aubrey instead of shaming her for being different or “weird.” so many people who can relate, love her, and shes not problematic so why hate on her.

I believe she has some form of Autism/Asperger -on the spectrum- as a youngster but was exacerbated by a stroke which she had in her early teens(please correct me if anyone knows details). Thus her awkward sort of neutrality over almost every topic/question etc.
