✓ Ingredients:
2 Eggplants
Half a pepper
1 onion
Olive oil 25-30ml
Origan
Tomato puree 200g
Water 70ml
Salt, pepper, sweet paprika, ginger 5g
2 cloves garlic
3 medium eggs
Mozzarella cheese 40g
Parsley
Cook in a non-stick pan, cooking time in total 20-25 minutes over medium-low heat.
To be served with slices of bread or a fresh salad!

Чтобы баклажаны не впитывали при жарке масло , предварительно нарежте их и добавьте разболтанный белок, оставьте их на 20, 30 минут, затем жарьте
