They gave us our n-445 right after the interview. I did my interview. They told me to wait. Then when enough people were finished they called us by name and gave us our paper and told us our oath date. Which is 3 days from now (did interview yesterday). I’m surprised how quick and easy everything went

In LA, the Oath ceremony is conducted either on the same day or the next day, depending on the time of your interview. If your interview is in the morning, you will most likely have the Oath ceremony in the afternoon.

They said that “with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony. You should receive your notice within 30 days of its mailing date.” And I got that the 12 of April so does that mean I’m supposed to get the mail on may 12th or am I mis interpreting it ?

My oat ceremony is two days before my international trip (not enough time to request a passport and I don’t have a life-or-death reason to request an emergency passport). I’m not sure what to do because I’m supposed to give them my 2 year green card and any documents that has been giving to me like the I-551 stamp that still is valid. I also have the notice of my still processing replacement of green card. Yes, the naturalization case took less time than the replacement of my lost 10 year green card.

What are the fees to refile my I-130, I-131, I-485, and the I 765? If I’m not using a lawyer?

does uscis give the original certificate of naturalization during the oath ceremony or does the original get mailed on a later day?

Please Madam, I have a question. My mom filed her i751 jointly with her US. citizen spouse and during the wait time she was eligible to file for naturalization which she did. she attended the interview and passed the test, but when it was time for her i751interview she started having problems in her marriage with her US.citizen spouse and she legally sepereted with him not divorced just for her safety. she later attended her i751 interview alone and she expalined all that happened between her and her spouse and she requested that her case should be converted to a battetred sposed case, which she provided documents to back it up and gave it to the officer A month after her i751 interview she recived a notice in her online account with uscis that her i751 petition was approved and also a notice of oath ceremony too. My question is, was her i751 petion approved based on the request she made on her case during her interview to be convereted to a batttered spouse ? and should she stilll say she is seprerated when filling the oath ceremony notice questionere? Thank you.

In the case that an oath of allegiance modification is required based on beliefs, the oath couldn't be sworn together with all the people in the room, so how is it done?

I do have a question for you. Do Oath ceremonies happen on Sundays? I know it sounds funny but I have someone who Oath ceremony scheduled on a Sunday he is worrying they might make a mistake with the date of his notice letter.
