I remember when Adam Richman used to do challenges that involved stupidly hot things and he very regularly had milkshakes to wash it down. I think I read his doctor recommended that he stop doing Man v Food because of the damage it was doing to his stomach lining. All this to say, you are a braver man than me.

I had the nuclear nashville chicken at a Titan’s game once. Almost couldn't eat it. Went through two beers and a stack of napkins. There’s just something about nashville hot chicken that takes it over the top.

Pro-Eaters always say need to “Prime” your stomach BEFORE eating super Spicy food to help eat it. So you should of eaten the beans and fries Before the sandwich to help

Hi @Ken, how was traffic in Nashville? I need to drive thru there in a couple weeks and was wondering if I should take a detour as I heard there is road construction that backs up the traffic? BTW: a kind safety tip, don’t leave your wallet or 📱 cell phone out on a table in these big cities, people pander around these areas looking for a quick grab & run. It’s good your wife uses a crossbody purse 👛.

When I eat hot chicken, instead of mayo or ranch, I put plain yogurt on it. Helps a lot. I'm surprised they didn't give you gloves to use with that.

Ken, I felt so bad for you. What you won't do for views. But when your wife said "you don't have to eat it all" and you said, "yes I do" I had to laugh. And what she didn't say after her statement was ".....because I am the one that is going to have to take care of you" LOL Also, from I have read milk is much better to cool down spicy food than water, and water actually can make it worse. Also the best "after fire" food is ice cream. And if you like it, blue cheese is better than ranch. Also banana pudding is great to help cool down.
